Needs Assessments

We will work with you to gather information through interviews, focus groups and meetings. We will get an accurate picture of your current state, so you can determine, if and how you want to reach your desired state.

Facilitation

We facilitate meetings, programs, and off-sites. Any time YOU would like to keep your eye on the content and output, WE are available to keep our eyes on the process.

Program Design, Development and Facilitation

We will design and develop programs - big or small. We will create supporting materials for your program. Participant guides, facilitator guides, hand-outs, whatever is needed to professionally and purposefully deliver a successful program. If it is part of your strategy, we can train your in-house team members to deliver the program on an on-going basis.

Coaching Engagements

We coach executives, mid-level managers, first-line managers and small in-tact groups. We will discuss what outcomes you are looking to achieve during your coaching engagement and contract with each other how best to work together. Generally speaking, the client drives the coaching sessions. Our role is to ask questions, facilitate your thinking, offer different perspectives and be a sounding board for you. Our goal is for you to arrive at your own solutions through our dialogue and thinking processes.
